Brian Wolff
President & CEO

Brian’s professional experience covers a 26-year career primarily in sales and marketing leadership in several technology and life science companies. During 2015, he worked with Parker as a solution consultant with Vitamin J and was asked in 2016 to join Parker’s executive team full-time to help accelerate the company’s already strong growth.

Prior to joining Parker, Brian consulted to several other organizations, including Purdue Research Foundation, where, as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at The Foundry, he helped companies with Purdue intellectual property develop a business plan and take it to market. In 2006, Brian co-founded a cloud services company, Bluelock, leading the sales and marketing efforts that resulted in Bluelock being named the fastest growing private company in Indiana in 2010. Before that Brian held consulting and sales leadership positions with IMS Health (NYSE: IMS) and Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ).

Brian is also an angel investor and has helped fund more than 30 companies personally and with several funds, including Gravity Ventures, Momentum Ventures and XCap Angels.

Scott Gould

Scott has 18 years of experience in the parking industry, with over 12 of those years serving as an operations executive with Denison Parking. For three years, Scott was responsible for his operations duties at Denison Parking and for leading Parker as its general manager. His vast experience with day-to-day parking operations, the wide- spread use of automation and the ability to effectively manage many projects simultaneously suits him well at Parker. Scott has experience in virtually every type of parking including his close work with the Super Bowl Committee for nearly a year leading up to the 2012 game held at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Prior to the Denison Parking and Parker Technology, Scott spent 10 years leading a family-owned company in Fort Wayne, IN where he grew up. A desire to continue growth of that business led him to move his young family to Indianapolis in 1988, where he opened a new distribution center and a small manufacturing division.

Driven by a strong sense of urgency and integrity; Tammy has leveraged her deep expertise in customer service and process to make an immediate impact here at Parker after joining in the summer of 2016. Her teams have implemented substantial improvements to service delivery quality, operational standardization, inventory management and communications. Prior to joining Parker, Tammy held several management positions in call center, customer service, product delivery and , inventory control with Reebok, Cardinal Health, Bluelock, Coeus Technology and Allied Automation.

Roy Farris

Roy has been deeply involved in parking equipment for more than 30 years, including the three years that he has worked for Parker. At Parker, Roy oversees the operational performance of the software and hardware development teams and is the primary person responsible for the development of the Parker Video Intercom platform.

Before Parker, Roy was an implementation specialist for an Amano PARCS equipment reseller, Evens Time in Indianapolis.
