Product Manager

Parker Technology is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of our customer experience platform to further differentiate Parker and strengthen its market leadership position. As the Technical Product Manager, you will build and maintain the product roadmap, lead the development of the platform based on the roadmap prioritizations and oversee product deployment and platform maintenance.

Parker is looking for an open-minded leader that can easily move across tactical and strategic asks. It is important to be adept at creating compelling narratives to build the business case for the product and build a thriving customer and partner community to help product adoption and customer reference accounts.

How you will make an impact:

  • Direct the product lifecycle from concept to delivery
    • Gather requirements and create the product brief
      • User stories
      • Acceptance criteria
      • Mock-up
      • Testing scenarios
    • Work with 3rd party Dev team to define effort and scope
    • Transfer information to Roadmap
    • Manage product request backlog
  • Serve as liaison between Parker and our software development partner team
    • Key decision making on any day to day platform issues
      • Communicate as needed to Parker Leadership team
    • Create release plans and notes
  • Culminate information from marketing, sales, finance, operations, manufacturers, dealer/reseller partners, and key parking software app developers to:
    • Document product vision and strategy
    • Lead discussions at the leadership team level to prioritize Product Roadmap tickets based on customer need, risk impact and strategic demands

What you bring to the table:

  • BS in computer science and/or commensurate on-the-job experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product management and software development
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial, strategic planner with proven ability to drive projects to completion
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Product Management / Product Owner certificate is a plus
