Welcome, Claudia Lopez to the Parker Team

We are thrilled to welcome the newest member of the Parker Team – Claudia Lopez! Starting this week, Claudia is our Implementation Manager, based in Riverside, California.

Professional Background

Claudia has an extensive background in parking and customer service, having most recently worked with the City of Riverside as the Public Utilities Customer Service Manager and prior to that, working for the City of Las Vegas, in the Parking Services Division, for almost a decade. She also has call center management, operations and career development experience from roles with Frias Transportation and Ford Motor Company. Claudia graduated from Cal State University, Fullerton, with a BA in Business Administration.

Claudia boasts 25+ years of customer service experience and 20+ years of leadership and management experience. She loves working with people and believes open communication and transparency are keys to great leadership.

Let’s Get Personal

Claudia is originally from Orange County, CA, where she met her husband Omar, got married and 3 years later moved to Las Vegas, NV.  She remained there for 20 years, where she raised her now 16 year old son Elijah. While in Vegas she was introduced to the parking industry through the City of Las Vegas Parking Services team and loved it! She recently moved back to Southern CA and is looking forward to returning to the parking industry.  

They have two dogs, Max (a 6-month old boxer) and Sasha (1.5-year old boxer/bulldog mix). Claudia’s hobbies are traveling, volunteering in service projects and riding roller coasters at amusement parks. Claudia can be reached at claudia.lopez@helpmeparker.com.
