We are thrilled to welcome the newest member of the Parker Team – Tamica Jones! Starting this week, Tamica is our Second Shift Call Center Manager for our Indianapolis headquarters.
Tamica has an extensive background in leadership and management, as well as customer service. She received her Bachelor’s in Business Management and has since used that to succeed in her previous job roles. Tamica has always strived to be a top performer and accomplishes this by communicating with others and learning from them. She gives the best she can in every situation and makes sure to meet and exceed her goals. She not only cares about meeting her own goals, but is passionate about helping others surpass their goals too.

Just the perfect spirit to keep a good atmosphere in our crazy work world. We have to follow the rules, be professional and help people when they are at the highest levels of frustration. Tamica boasts 14 years of leadership and management experience and 14 years of customer service experience. She loves being a part of building a winning team and believes that clear communication is the key to success.

Tamica is originally from New Jersey, where she married her high school sweetheart and had three children together. She decided to move to Indiana for a better life for her and her family.
