This year has been difficult, to say the least. But boy, are we thankful to be part of such a resilient, gritty industry.

When we had to adapt quickly in a changing world, we didn’t have to do it alone. With challenges aplenty, it’s even more important to celebrate the high notes!

In 2020, we took 600,000+ calls, audited 25,871 calls for quality, signed on 35 new clients, 115 new facilities, and 19 new dealers. We launched one new software platform, and one reimagined website…and so much more.
